The MeshConnect Casambi Ready Network Zone Controller is a heavy-duty, line-voltage powered 20A relay zone controller with built-in 0–10V dimming and a 24V auxiliary power output, designed to bring wireless Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) control to non-integrated luminaires and lighting zones. Housed in a compact enclosure with an external 1/2" knockout nipple for mounting directly to a junction box or luminaire, it seamlessly integrates lighting circuits into the Casambi Mesh ecosystem with no gateway required. Easily commissioned via the Casambi mobile app (iOS and Android), this controller supports 120–277VAC universal input, features 3rd-party 24V sensor inputs (such as low-voltage ceiling sensors), and provides robust, encrypted wireless zone control for commercial, industrial, and warehouse applications.

Casambi Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Mesh Networking: Integrates standard lighting fixtures and zones into a self-organizing, encrypted Casambi wireless mesh network with local Bluetooth control and no gateway needed.
High-Capacity 20A Line-Voltage Relay Switching: Robust 120–277VAC 50/60Hz power input with a 20A relay output (L1 Red) to switch heavy lighting loads and connect additional luminaires across the circuit.
0-10V Dimming Output & 24V Auxiliary Power: Features Class 2 0/1–10V dimming output (Dim+ Purple, GND Pink) for smooth light level control plus a 24V auxiliary power output (AUX Brown) to power compatible low-voltage sensors.
3rd-Party 24V Sensor Inputs: Includes dedicated sensor terminals (GND Blue, Sign+ Yellow) to easily integrate 3rd-party 24V sensors or low-voltage occupancy/daylight sensors such as the MaxLite low-voltage ceiling mount sensor.
External Junction Box / Luminaire Mounting: Designed for external mounting using the built-in 1/2" knockout interface and locking nut directly onto a standard junction box or luminaire fixture housing.
Mobile App Commissioning: Easily commissioned, grouped, and scheduled using the Casambi mobile app (available on iOS App Store and Android Google Play).
